Mission Statement
The Birdville Regional Day School Program for the Deaf acknowledges that students who are deaf and hard of hearing belong to a group that is culturally and linguistically diverse.
We believe that children who are hearing impaired have an innate need to communicate and be academically challenged. The program agrees that each student’s unique communication mode is respected, used and developed in order to become successful participants in society.
We embrace a communication method that works best for each individual child.
